Morehead-Cain Finalist Weekend

I am a finalist for the Morehead-Cain Scholarship, and the finalist weekend is February 27-March 2. What type of activities/evaluations should I expect during these four days? What type of questions will be asked during the interviews? Other than interviews, what other evaluative activities will the finalists participate in?

Responses from past Morehead-Cain finalists would be appreciated.

I was wondering the same thing. My guess is that they do ice breakers and discussion panels, maybe?

IntelQ

Are you also a finalist?

Yes, I am a finalist.

Soon enough they’ll send you a full itinerary. I had a great time on my finalist weekend.

Will other scholars be with us in during the weekend?

I’m a finalist too, and apparently we’ll be getting a 40-page binder with all the details in the next two weeks.

If true, this is something new since we went through the process.

It’s true. The binder has EVERYTHING you need… where and when to be, what to wear to specific events, interview times, running trails, other cool stuff.

I am excited already. :)
