MOSAIC email invitations were sent all at the same time?
Mosaic invitations are Vanderbilt’s version of likely letters. They’re basically guaranteed acceptance letters unless something drastic happens 
Has anyone heard from Chancellors yet? In the past years, MOSAIC has come along with it.
To the people that have gotten the invite: Did y’all apply to Chancellors as well?
Is it possible that they have sent out the non chancellor’s mosaic invites since no one has heard about a scholarship and will be sending the chancellors one’s via mail?
Disregard the Thread I started, I didn’t see this one! I got an invite to MOSAIC, and I didn’t apply for any big scholarships. So happy!!!

As a non-URM, is the only reason I would be invited to MOSAIC be if I was a scholarship recipient??
And do you know if MOSAIC has any bearing on scholarship recipients? Like are there interviews etc? I know a lot of this will probably be answered in the packet we’re mailed in the comings days…
From what I know, I think Mosaic invite bears well for Chancellor scholar applicants, especially if you are non URM. I am still not fully convinced that CV winners are included in Mosaic.
There is no interview for those three scholarships.

@SincererLove I’m a URM who exclusively applied to CV. Vandy is only an option, from a financial perspective, if I get full tuition, so I really hope MOSAIC is at least somehow tied to CV. Also, some people called admissions and they’ve been particularly evasive on the meaning of the invitation, saying that it isn’t an acceptance and that it’s a test/evaluation. To your knowledge, do you think the program has changed at all in that sense?
I received a similar response from the admissions team, not really sure what they mean by evaluation?

Two years ago, my non-URM kid got acceptance/Chancellor schollie/Mosaic invite all together via FedEx hard copy envelope in mid-February.
Since that was all unexpected, kid wasn’t checking emails. Something could have come via email but wasn’t seen.

No, and I don’t expect to receive it until Tuesday at the soonest, given that tomorrow is president’s day :((
Technical question for Mosaic invited: I think there’s a mistake on the email we received, first it says is March 16-18,2019, but on the detailed explanations it says that they have to be there at 12 noon of Thursday March14, leave Sat the 16th. I understand the program runs Thursday to Sat so it is the 14 until 16 (and not 16-18), did anyone call admissions to confirm ? Thanks you all.

Accepted and Chancellor Scholarship!!! We all are beyond happy !! Got it with Usps together with Mosaic invitation today Tuesday
