a person I know did 12.. but I'm sure that's not the most..

Someone on CC (like a year ago) took like 25 exams. She probably had more than 12 5's. I don't know the record, though.

Who cares? I mean I know it's interesting, but 25 5s is almost as good as 25 4s, or even if one takes 25 AP exams.

took 25 exams in one year?...... doubt that. are there even 25 AP exams?

According to apcentral, there are 35 AP exams total.. but 25 in a year is just crazy..

wow 35.....
how can someone even do 25.....
isn't it like 10 days of testing, one in AM, one in PM?
that'd be 20..............

25 APs in one year........ good lord. that's kinda sad.

i feel if one can get at least like 5+AP 5s, then they probably can get it on the others if they really put their mind to it

this kid who went to our school, now hes in harvard obviously, he had a 5 on every exam offered, including latin all the languages everything, straight up brilliant kid. so thats the record

either way, merely taking 25 exams in one year would be insane.

yeah...do these people just enjoy taking three and a half hour tests just for the heck of it???? They need some friends.....and possibly intervention.....

I mean, I'm taking four straight AP tests in May, and I'm pulling my hair out.
I can't imagine...

CB has State Scholar awards for the most number of 5's I think. People go for that. I don't think there's any monetary award, though, so I'm not sure why anyone would waste that much $...

Oh wait, the person on CC a year ago said her HS paid for her exams or something. She said all AP's are pretty similar and she didn't need to do too much supplementary prep for different exams. Half of them are about BSing and half of them are straight-up logical.

ya...25x80=in the thousands! Even if you're on that reduced thing, it's a lot for someone who should be having difficulty paying for it.

AP=BSing, straight-up logical... good for her.

ya, i wouldnt support them...i would actually feel kind of bad for those people and the messed up perception that they have that requires them to take tests like there's no tomorrow
