It has to be Notre Dame. My DS didn’t even want to apply there but after visiting he was hooked. Currently a junior…

UVA.
With admitted bias.

Berkeley. Feels like a national park, to be honest …

Sewanee, Colgate, Indiana U.

University of Puget Sound, University of Texas at Austin, the stables up on the hill at Cal Poly Pomona

I’m biased too but think UVa is beautiful, historic - the Lawn and grounds are inspiring.

I thought every one of the 20 campuses we visited was lovely, but I agree about Lewis & Clark and I love the Grinnell campus.

Swarthmore!..although S chose Amherst over Swarthmore…had it been based on beauty of campus alone, he would have chosen Swarthmore for sure.

Notre Dame! Nothing like the sight of the golden dome gleaming across the lakes!

Bryn Mawr, Dartmouth, Bowdoin, Colgate, Swat, Williams, Princeton, Chicago…I could go on and on

University of San Diego. Great academics. Campus is the right size.

Notre Dame. Had the same experience as Kennedy2010. Runner up: Pepperdine. Would give honorable mention to Univ. of San Diego, Santa Clara, Clemson, St. Olaf…

Loyola Marymount in Southern CA is stunning–white washed historic buildings, bougainvillea covered, campus is placed jewel-like upon high bluffs overlooking the Pacific.

UVA, Pepperdine, Vanderbilt, and Princeton

Stanford, Wellesley, Swarthmore

My vote is for Georgetown, especially in late summer/early fall<3.

+1 for Lewis and Clark.

The Lewis & Clark votes are interesting. Our family thought it gave off a creepy vibe but perhaps it was the time of year?
I’m very influenced by weather.

UC Santa Cruz, if you love the woods and the beach!

Whitman College, especially in the Fall, stunning!
