I have a friend in an MIT frat. He plays DoTA all the time though.

Miami: in top 50. Has an amazing party scene! In Coral Gables, a wealthy suburb of Miami, and not far at all from South Beach (great party scene).
Gorgeous campus and Great sports if ur into the whole football stuff.

Boston University: in top 50. Party scene is pretty nice if u like Boston. Not much of a campus atmosphere. its pretty much walking the streets of Boston to get to classes and hanging out in the city rather than on campus.

Penn State: top 50 and great party scene. just located in the middle of Amish country which sucks! Not much to do for fun but get drunk in frat parties :P

Indiana: not in top 50 but its still a top tier national school in top 70. Goorgeous campus in a great college town. its known to have one of the best party scenes in the country. Research the Little 500 and ul know wat im talking about!

UT Austin: Im sure u know its got great parties

Florida: same as PSU. In the middle of nowhere but great party scene

I wasn't aware State College was near Lancaster and I live in Pennsylvania....

WashU in st.louis....
When I visited there, there were some great parties..
The school seem to be 'work hard play crazy'

Vanderbilt
USC
Lehigh
Virginia
UNC
UT-Austin
Boston College
Washington and Lee

Also -- WashU, Emory, and U. Chicago are NOT party schools. MIT has fraternities but pretty girls are lacking. Duke and Dartmouth aren't "party" schools, but are definitely social compared to most of their peers. UPenn can also be thrown in this group.

I am going to start a new thread on the question, "Which of the top 50 nationals and LAC's are NOT party schools".
