The SPS question based on the former Rector’s quote required some thinking.

St. Pauls by far. So much to write. I really liked the Hotchkiss questions actually… they were very thought-provoking but I had easy answers to come up for them and they didn’t have an explicit word limit (about 500 words), so editing was easier too.

The exeter app was easy, but I spent a long time on it anyway. Many of my friends from summer school who are applying to exeter and only exeter have done the same.

I just glanced at the Andover essay and I thought it seemed easier. oh well.

I actually loved one of the Andover essay topics (“Discuss something you once thought you knew for sure, but now are not so sure of”) so it was really easy for me.

Choate, though, was monstrous. It was killer trying to fit everything within the 600 character limit.

yes same for me also the website crashed on me twice

thank god i saved it on a word .doc the second time

also could not copy and paste

i officially hate GoChoate! It was possibly the most annoying app ever! exeter’s prompts were broad and boring for me. I absolutely loved Andover’s. I am so mad I didn’t apply there. They still send me WAY more stuff than exeter. I suppose I could pull a spontaneous interview out of the air and fill out the app quickly- but maybe i’m too lazy for that. lol same w/ mx or emma willard. taft williston and nmh were generic.

The thing is, kraordrawoh, I can’t think of a good question I should ask myself.
I’m thinking that they’re expecting something creative, since they’re leaving it open, so I’m trying to think outside the box. Aghh.
