<p>I think most universities tend to have a goofy side. I know Cornell and Michigan did. I suppose it is to be expected when you have thousands of 18-22 year olds living together in one school.</p>
<p>Florida State University. How many other universities can say they have an entire circus, and a class where they train literal clowns?</p>
