I am looking to attend a school that participates in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program. After completing my bachelors degree, I am interested in going to medical school. Which WUE schools are the most impressive to medical schools, or just in general? (I am not looking for an answer like “Your choice of school doesn’t matter,”.)
On page two of this PDF, it lists all of the schools offering WUE tuition.

Thank you, and have a lovely day!
There is a big difference in WUE schools and tuition charged, so if you are looking to keep prices down, make sure you compare actual figures. 1.5 x Wyo tuition is about $6k(plus fees). 1.5 x Colo State is $9k plus fees.
A better question might be which school can help you get into medical school. If you have a medical school in mind, especially if you are a state resident, look where the current schools attended undergrad.
Tip* Before getting your heart set on a school be careful some majors count at specific schools and some do not
Here might be ones to consider if you can take the cold for the first two…
University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY $5,805 WUE Biology/Biological Sciences
University of Montana, Missoula, Missoula, MT $7,773 WUE Pre-Medicine
or the expensive cost of living…
University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, HI $16,308 WUE Pre-Medicine
Thank you for your response! What makes you recommend those three schools, if you don’t mind elaborating?
How do the costs of your in-state public universities compare?
