Hi I applied to rutgers NB early action. My friends applied later and already received their acceptance letters. All of the schools I applied to are still "in process". Does this mean I am most likely rejected?

EXACT same situation I’m in. At this point, I’m thinking I will get rejected at 12 am on December 10th, and I’m not even sure that the admissions people even LOOKED at my application.

check when they last received your materials. every time the date changes, that means a new pool of students were accepted. if u guys have lower scores, then you will just be on the lower end of the students admitted and will find out later.

Same thing going on with me. I applied last week of October and am still waiting. My friend who applied one day before the deadline heard back today, and we have similar scores!

It doesn’t mean you are most likely rejected. A TON of people apply early for Rutgers and don’t find out until really, really late. I did early action and everyone else was getting in really early and then I realized the reason why everyone had got in and I hadn’t was because they didn’t have my SAT scores, which I rush-delivered to make the deadline. Did you check to see on your Rutgers status screen if they have everything? Even if it says everything is in, Rutgers still has until January 31st to let you know about early action.
