What do you think they are?

how about ****

On CC the most overused word is “amazing.” Amazing stats. Amazing ECs. Amazing essays. Amazing recs. Amazing school.

CCers must be very easily amazed.

ivy league

awesome…

the.

it’s obvious.

But I’m passionate about my amazing ECs.

^ haha on CC. Of course.

I also feel like the word “epic” is becoming vastly overused (although I am so guilty of that ha)

or the words (said in an extremely annoying valley girl voice) oh…my…GAWD

God

“um,” and every other filler word.

1.5 minute presentation.
8 "Um"s and 17 "like"s
Enough said.

“legit”
it’s becoming popular for some reason

ewwww. it gross and not to mention just plain weird when old people use the word legit

^^Some really old people used legit all the time. Legit was very popular in conversation back in the 1920s AND 30s and never really went out of style. It’s a slang word though and not proper for formal conversation or writing.

This isn’t really a word, but when the parents on CC use any of the following:

S or D

DS or DD

S# or D# (for example, S2 or D4)

I love how chance is a verb here

When I was in Speech/Drama in 9th grade, someone managed to use the word ‘like’ over 90 times in a 3 minute or so presentation.

i can’t stand when they use S or D…it’s soo annoying
