Most probably a repetitive question about word limits

<p>Here are the instructions on the UC application:</p>

<p>You must respond to three short-answer questions using a total of no more than 1,000 words. Two of your answers must be limited to approximately 200 words each. A third question should be given an extended answer of approximately 600 words. You may choose which question to answer at more length. </p>

<p>my personal statements are lengths of 208, 206, and 586. Would this be acceptable?</p>

<p>as long as you aren't a)cutting out any vital info. or b) over explaining anything/giving pointless info. if you can cut out the 8/6 words that would probably be best but if they are absolutely necessary it should be no problem</p>
