i’m a student from Canada and i’m not too familiar with the Most Rigorous Curriculum. Like, I’m taking supposedly the hardest courses for my school year… with the exception of AP biology (not going into sciences and didnt even take any biology course). Is it based on others in your grade? The course you took and whether taht was the “most rigirous” possible? Because, if it’s based on others in my grade, in my junior year, there was one person taking basically all 2nd year university courses… so yea, help?

most rigorous curriculum just means that out of all the classes that you could have taken you took the hardest ones offered to you. So like that would mean that you are taking the highest level math, highest level social studies, highest level science, etc.

Your counselor is the person that indicates that...take a look at the counselor recommendation in the application. There is a section for the counselor to check off "rigorous, most rigorous, average" etc
So yeah, it is based off your school and your classmates
