Most Underrated college in the Country

There's a very lively and active thread on this board about the most overrated college. What do you guys think the most UNDERRATED college(s) is/are?

Southern Schools and LACs

u.c. davis

stanford and berkeley (and just because they're relatively new and west coast, and for the latter, just b/c it's public!)

i think berkeley is way overrated for undergrad
also, stanford is definitely not the most underrated college in the country

People talk about HYPMS all the time (S is for Stanford)...how can it be underrated? It's being mentioned among the top 5 colleges in the USA.

Brown. Not the most underrated, but certainly underrated and overlooked.

Vanderbilt

UChicago, Davidson College, Holy Cross, and Bowdoin.

Yeshiva University

UChicago, Michigan (especially on this board), Berkeley.

since when is Stanford underrated?

Brown for sure, its a top ten school.

Hartwick

Small LAC in upstate NY attracting $ and quality applicant overlaps with Colby, Bates, Bowdoin, Hamilton, St. Lawrence, Hobart William Smith which are also overlooked to some degree.

Rose Hulman
Harvey Hudd
Carnegie Mellon
UChicago
Cal Tech
UC Davis

Davidson College.

Vanderbilt, Davidson, Bowdoin, & Grinnell.

definately georgetown- how can a school that is commonly grouped with the likes of penn, brown, and other top schools be number 23... definately the most underrated and its because the school is not very well funded

conn coll and uconn

Everyone should list atleast two colleges or this thread will turn into "What college do you attend". Just an observation.

miami university ohio
washington and lee
