<p>I'm thinking about heading over to Powell to work on my paper...I absolutely cannot concentrate in my apartment, seeing how it's a hospital ward right now with 3 out of 4 us are sick. Are we allowed to bring library books inside the library (without returning them)? Or will the alarms and tasers come out? I need to work on my final paper.</p>
<p>You guys actually walk all the way to powell to work on your papers? thats so far I rather tough it out in the lounge where you know people will be hanging out and watching stupid stuff on youtube, bring friends over, talk about stuff that have anything to do with school, and be noisy, obnoxious, and annoying at the same time. (bad spelling i know. im mad)</p>
<p>I have an apartment and a car and a parking permit. Powell is easy and much quieter than my street/apartment will ever be. Distractions are fine if you're not under pressure, but I am.</p>
<p>sidenote: I just baked cornbread to avoid my paper and it's delicious (the cornbread, not the paper). I've already done laundry, I think the only thing left is the paper.</p>
<p>lol. yeah thats been me all weekend. decided i couldnt really put it off anymore since it's due, like, tomorrow. blah. 7 pages! 8 to go...</p>

<p>People are weird 24/7 UCLA has some of the most interesting batch of people thats why i like it though but yeah I would think the library would be empty at night... oh wait its fianls nv. <p>do you have a pass for 36? if so you can park anywhere. otherwise there's no free parking until after midnight.</p>

<p>not metered. but you could park in 4 or 7 or 2. its all on the parking website.</p>

<p>this will totally, completely be an all nighter between the paper and the reading for the final, but whatever. im promising myself that i can get into bed at 5 pm after the final and not get out until 9 the next day for work and that promise is totally keeping me going right now.</p>
