anyone know anything about this school?

considered a party school, awesome football/basketball team with a ton of spirit, college town. I don't know much about it (i wish i did), but that's about it. The campus looks alright, doesn't look super-sweet though or anything.

The school is trying to shake the party school image, but there is definitely quite a night life in this little town. The football and basketball team fan support is unequaled because in addition to the students, the whole state supports these teams. Most games are sold out. They are a lot of fun to go to.
The current enrollment is scheduled to be at 30,000 in the next several years.

All my friends go pretty much go here. The kids do party hard, but they also have some very hardworking students (not all, but some). Their football team is one of the best athletically and academically. I believe their linebacking core sports a 4.0.

Anyone know if this school is diverese at all??

The school has a lot of students from Japan, India and Middle East, to name a few.

it's not really racially diverse, which is one of the reasons i do not want to go there. but it has a good amount of out of state students

My daughter goes to WVU and is very happy. She has done a good job of balancing the academics, athletics and the social stuff. There are parties at every school, and if that is what you are looking for you can find them anywhere. She has not really gone the frat party route, but prefers the clubs in Morgantown.

Not sure how diverse the student population is, but yes, there are alot of out of state students - many from PA, NJ, and NY.

I'm glad your daughter is doing well. My son is in Pharmacy School there and doing great! The total student enrollment is around 24 or 25,000, right?
Administration is going to have enrollment up to 30,000 in the next few years.

I think it is a pretty safe campus, and the town pretty much is a young population as the townie population is about 25,000 I think. Correct me if I am wrong. Plus, the basketball and football teams are great! The whole state follows both teams with unparalleled devotion. The games are fun!

I'm sure everyone heard about the Sugar Bowl win!
