<p>With Move In Day approaching, I wanted to wish all of the freshmen and parents the best of luck! My son may be moving you in on the 25th - he does not yet know what dorm he will be assigned to, but is hoping for Dravo. Any questions or concerns?</p>
<p>We are moving S in on the 22nd, so he can go to marching band camp with the Marching97!</p>
<p>Susgeek, I know a few of the students on the Marching97 - great kids and I understand a wonderful organization that builds lasting friendships. Best of luck to your son!</p>

<p>My son tells me that he moved in the freshman at Dravo in the pouring rain! Sometimes mother nature does not cooperate!</p>
<p>We just returned home from Lehigh.
Son moved in early for OAP and had an amazing time. (Thank you Copaman for your past tips about signing up.) Son already has some great new friends and many are in M & M.
Lehigh planned a very special day for freshmen parents and families. Despite the rain forcing the lunch to served in-doors (we heard it had been 25 to 27 years since it has rained on freshmen move-in day) we had a remarkable day with meeting new families, Lehigh staff and Administrators and listening to insightful lectures.
By the end of the day, we got our wish of sitting in the adirondeck chairs on the UC lawn enjoying the sunshine and picturesque setting.
We were teased that we brought the earthquake from California to the East Coast and now son will experience the side effects of a hurricane. Many of the freshmen weekend plans have been postponed due to the impending weather.
Thanks again to all the seasoned Lehigh parents and students for their insightful posts.
