<p>I'm moving to another school at semester during my senior year(this year). My current school is a pretty good school, ranked 90ish out of about 1300 in Texas. I'm ranked top 2% out of a class of about 500. The school I'm moving to, however, is ranked in the 400-500s. (I got these rankings from some web site i found on google). Will this have any effect on college admissions?</p>
<p>You’ll be applying with your statistics from your current school. Also, on the common app, select “changing secondary schools” under educational interruptions, and you’ll get an essay to explain the situation.</p>
