Most of the east-asian countries have different grade-system
(they start a new school year in february/march)

so if i am a junior now (in america) technically,
i'm a sophomore when i go back to korea, right? (they're like 6 months behind)

The problem is, if i go back to korea at the end of my junior year here, that means i'm going to be attending another year of "korean junior year" in a korean high school. Will this be like a minus factor when applying to american colleges? (having 2 years of junior year and thus applying to college a year later than my peers here in american high school..??) ahhh so confused!!
