Moving from Higher Education to k-12 and vice-versa.

<p>Being a future aspirant of PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Educational Leadership and/ or Policy. I would like to know, few things:</p>

<p>After getting PhD in Higher Education can we switch over to K-12 system leadership ? or</p>

<p>After PhD in K-12 Leadership and policy analysis can we switch to Higher Ed ?</p>

<p>Which specialization is better both in terms of making a positive change also for better earning as a "consultant" or "establishing a school / online university" ?</p>
