<p>I’ve checked everywhere online and it doesn’t say:</p>
<p>Do you have to move out at the end of every semester/every time the dorm rooms close (thanksgiving break… spring break, etc)?</p>
<p>And is it costly to get a storage area thing to keep stuff?</p>
<p>for every vacation, you don't necessarily move out. i think you can leave some of your stuff there, but you just cant be in the room yourself. like u obviously would want to take all your clothes home to wash them, but if u bring like a fridge or somehting, i dont think u need to take it home for vacations.</p>
<p>The only dorm that allows students to stay there during intermission/vacation is the StuV at 10 Buick St. For all others, you must go home or stay in "vacation housing" that you can get from the housing office. Anyways, you can leave everything in your room, except of course the stuff you'll need while your gone.</p>
<p>I thought that all of the student apartments allowed students to stay during breaks. There are other apartments beside Buick Street and they also allow students to stay during breaks. The dorms do not allow students to stay during breaks...but you certainly can leave all of your "stuff" there. You do have to move it all out during the summer. BU does not have any storage, but there are private storage companies.</p>
<p>the same goes for the end of the semester (winter break). but obviously not for the end of the academic year (may).</p>
