Moving my senior year

I'm moving to a different high school my senior year. It's gonna be my third high school so far, and I'm currently a junior. There are major problems with this move, however: I will lose my leadership positions, which have already been difficult to achieve (probably EIC of school newspaper, most likely Prez/VP of GSA, Peer Leader), which is bound to hurt my college admission process. My freshman year I was a staff writer on one of the best high school newspapers in the country, and then my sophomore and junior years I've been regaining my extracirriculars and improving on them in a new school.

Now that I'm moving again, how can I demonstrate to colleges that I had achieved really important leadership positions in my old schools?

ok so when you go do your application, you explain to them your situation, but I am pretty sure colleges will understand, it seems you worked hard all four years of high school
good luck :)
