moving

if my family moves to Texas this summer but i stay in Jersey to finish up my senior year, what would i put on the application...jersey or Texas resident? Also, would I qualify for in state residency? I know you would have to live at least 1 year in the state, but I would not be living there for a year for when I do my application. I don't mind paying a year of OS tuition but would this make it easier for me to get in? Thanks guys

well... I would think you would have to be at a texas hs school for at least a year. And when they recieve your transcript it will show your school from new jersey.

who knows. Google it.

i asked the same question last year because my dad's office is moving to San Antonio within the next five years.

According to them, you either have to be enrolled at Texas public school, have your parents sign the house contract with your name on it, and live in some apartment or something for one year.
