Hey everyone, I'm looking for an mp3 player thats $150 or less. I don't need much hard drive space (i only have 1 gb of music) so do you guys and gals have any recommendations? THANK YOU :)

I'm sorry to say that you are in the "dead zone" of mp3 players with that budget and amount of music. My suggestion though, would be to look at a Rio Carbon ($185/5GB), Creative Nomad MuVo ($180/4GB), Rio Eigen Executive ($150/1.5GB), and Digital Innovations Neuros ($160/20GB). As you can see, only the Eigen Executive really fits your ticket but I'd strongly suggest you look at the Neuros. It is a bit larger but it has some impressive features and the added space can help a lot. Don't hesitate to ask questions here either.

Go for a Creative Labs... my sister paid 180 for hers and it holds 30 GB of music. there are many others that hold less but they cost around the same thing..

Make sure that whatever you get is compatible with the format of what you are using.
.wma doesn't play on iPod I believe (something like that, I am no music expert)

.wma (Windows Media Audio, I believe) are easily converted via iTunes to playable files (.aac I believe).
