<p>bwayjunkie, it definitely does not mean that the applications already received are not good enough! </p>

<p>It can only mean one of two things...</p>

<p>1) They are accepting more applications as they don't have enough yet. </p>

<p>2) They haven't changed the website to reflect that the applications are now closed. </p>

<p>The only way to know if they are still accepting would be to call since the official deadline is past.</p>
