MS applying to PhD Program (Still need to take GRE? Which GPA Matters More?)

If I get an MS and then apply for a PhD program, do they still need to see your GRE score?
And would your MS or Undergrad GPA matter more?</p>

That was exactly my position, and yes, yes they do.</p>

Generally, your last GPA is the important one. But they also have higher expectations for MS GPA than they do for undergrad GPA - a 3.5 undergrad GPA is around the 75th percentile, while for an MS that is about average.</p>
