Hey. I got into UCLA undergrad for CSE and I really want to go to Stanford for grad school. Would it be worth it to pursue a Master's Degree, or should I just go to work right out of UCLA for computer science?

It sounds like you are just about to start your undergraduate career so it is a bit premature to think of graduate school, much less a specific school. That being said, work experience can be a plus for graduate school in your field, although not required. If you go directly into a Master program it will likely be a professional Masters and not necessarily valuable for a Ph.D. program.

Anyway, the ting to do now is to do well in your undergraduate studies, get involved in research and get to know professors who can give you good advice and strong letters of reference if you decide to apply straight after college.
