MS in Stanford VS M Eng in MIT

Dear all, My major is civil engineering and I've got two admissions from Stanford and MIT.

For Stanford, the MS program is sustainable design and construction (SDC), which takes 5 quarters.
For MIT, the M Eng program is high performance structures which takes 3 quarters.
Both of the two research fields are interesting for me.

As an international student, I am not quite sure about my final decision: which one will give me a better job?
I know that structure field is more professional and technical, but for SDC, it means the future of civil engineering.

Additionally, I saw that for many universities, the field of sustainable design and construction is under department of architecture. My concern is that, does most MS in sdc get their bachelor's degree in Architecture, as I am graduated as a civil engineer.
