<p>I got acceptted to the MS. (Fashion)Merchandising program in FSU. I was very passionate about it since according to the description on its websited and info I googled the Textile and Consumer Science Dpt and Fashion Merchandising program is strong there. However it confuses me that I couldn't seem to find any offical ranking about merchandising(not to mention fashion merchandising) and I kept reading posts in forums talking bad about fsu.
Could anybody provide advice to me? It will be really helpful!

<p>Keep in mind that most people on this site (CC) are Ivy League elitists. Most of them don't think too highly of public state universities, unless it's Cal, UMich, UVA, or one of the "public ivies". </p>
<p>I honestly don't know if they even have rankings for fashion merchandising. I do know that the program at FSU is highly regarded within the industry. I knew a few girls who were fashion merchandising majors, and they all had plenty of job offers right before graduating. From what I've heard, high fashion companies aggressively recruit at FSU.</p>
<p>FSU is amazing for fashion merchandising. The above poster is right, top companies do recruit there. Go for it! It's considered one of the best schools for fashion merchandising.</p>
