<p>Yeah, it's a note taking program that's suppose to mimic a notebook. It's usefulness depends on your needs; a complimenting TabletPC (which generally would come with OneNote already) would increase its usefulness. Regardless, info about OneNote from sites about TabletPCs might be useful in your evaluation (only difference is that your text input will be typed rather than written). It goes for $50 at UCLA, $99 retail.</p>
<p>well I don't have a tablet pc and don't plan on getting one at all(I think it is kinda useless since I type way faster than I write...) so pretty much its 20 dollars for all the extra programs when comparing student version to student license+onenote... I personally think access alone is worth the 20 dollars :)</p>
<p>Well no one said that Pro Plus wouldn't be a better value. :)</p>
<p>doesn't hurt to download openoffice and see how you like it. you can always buy office later, or get it from someone else.</p>
