MSC Call #1

<p>This is the name of a "document" that was supposedly sent to me on February 16th, according the the "Where am I in the process" page. Anybody have any idea what (if anything) it means? My phone does show that i missed one call on the 16th... but it was from a california area code, so who knows. Note that i applied to SCS only, so even though MSC is similar to MCS (mellon college of science) i do not see any reason for that college to be contacting me. </p>

<p>I think it stands for Making Student Contacts or something like that, just a phone call to see if you have any questions, remind you how to check "Where Am I In the Process", etc. etc. It's not MCS calling; it's CMU.</p>

<p>I also got that, but after I was accepted, and I didn't have any missed calls on my phone. I wouldn't worry too much about it.</p>
