MSCS at Berkeley or Stanford?

I was hoping I could get some advice on whether or not I'd be a viable candidate to get accepted for the MSCS program at UC Berkeley or Stanford. Here's my stuff:

GPA: 3.85
GRE: Math-169/170 (98th percentile), Verbal-167/170 (98th percentile)
University: Ranked in the 30's nationally
Degree: B.A. in Computer Science w/ Honors
Experience: Internships every summer of college and parttime work during college.
Awards: Outstanding Achievement in Computer Science (from my department)
Ethnicity: White (I'm not sure if that makes a difference)
I'm a CA resident, not sure if that makes a difference for Berkeley.

Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I’d say, your chances are great. What I would recommend, though, is that you check the profiles of the professors at these schools. Find out which professors’ research interests align with yours, and tailor your personal statement toward those professors. If you live close enough to these schools, try to make an appointment to talk with these professors, and even tour their labs if time permits.
