So my story is I have BS in EE from UCLA. Overall GPA was just over a 3.0. Major GPA was over a 3.2. I had a significant grade improvement. GPA was down to a 2.7 after fall quarter my 3rd year. I started to study harder. Worked my behind off senior year and averaged a 3.5 while taking 4 or 5 engineering classes every quarter.

No research experience, very mediocre recommendations.

GRE is 800 530 3.5 and retake 800 560 4.0

Please chance me at the UCs for MSEE. Am interested in biomedical engineering too. Is it any easier to get into?

So I just saw the new GRE scoring percentile chart. A perfect Quantitative score is 99th percentile now. Is it a good idea to take the new GRE if I believe I can score above the 94th percentile in Quantitative?
