<p>GPA: 3.49 U/W, 3.8 Weighted</p>

<p>ACT: 33</p>

<p>In-State Student in a typical suburban school</p>

<p>Course Rigor: Take all honors and AP available at school</p>

<p>My grades have clearly improved from freshman and sophomore year. I have nearly all A's this year, but my GPA drops with sophomore year.</p>

<p>You’re fine. You have almost identical stats to me. MSU tends to focus a bit more on ACT than on GPA (opposite with U of M) so you’ll be more than fine.</p>

<p>Thank you. ^^ I thought it’d be ok, but being as I’m less informed about State than I am about some other colleges so I figured I’d ask. Any other takers?</p>

<p>Your ACT, course rigor, and ECs are all very good. I think you’ll be more than fine.</p>

<p>You’ll get in no problem. As romani mentioned, MSU tends to focus a little more on ACT than GPA, and your high ACT more than makes up for the slightly lower GPA (then everything else is solid).</p>
