<p>UMich is definitely better in computer science. The honors college experience is pretty cool and you might have a chance to do a professorial assistantship/do research/work in your field of interest at MSU earlier than you would at UMich. Two of my honors college computer science friends just went to Washington state for a 5 day all expenses paid trip to visit Microsoft. Pretty cool opportunity…</p>
<p>That being said, choose UMich if cost isn’t an object. You won’t lose out on much by going to MSU, but UMich’s reputation in computer/most engineering related fields are just better overall.</p>
