Congrats to you marg928 on your acceptances. However, respectfully, this list is for Musical Theatre (MT) programs only. Your acceptances are for Theatre programs, not Musical Theatre. I believe there is a separate list for Theatre programs. Again, congrats!

And in any event, lots of kiddos audition for MT and get accepted into acting. It’s good to see their journey and results. That would be helpful to those that come after.
Ok. No harm intended. Just wanted to ensure she was in the right area. I do think if lots of theatre/drama post acceptances join the MT list, it will lose its intended focus and vice versa. @MTDadandProud, at most schools that have both programs, they are run by two groups of faculty and have different audition requirements. I have never heard of a student auditioning for MT, and getting accepted into Acting UNLESS they also auditioned for Acting separately. I am not saying it hasn’t happened, but because of staffing, it would be the exception to the rule.
