secondtimeohio, so excited to meet you and your daughter next year! Please do get in touch with questions! I’m sure your girl’s been talking to kids at the school already. Are you going to see a show or visit this spring? Yay! :D

D visited on Monday-Tuesday (saw a Monty rehearsal and took classes.) She came home exhausted, totally blissed out and ready to sign on the dotted line. Everyone was GREAT; very welcoming and we’re looking forward to meeting you and the whole Otterbein family. We’re going to check to see if we can get tickets for MONTY. B-)

oops, I forgot to put BFA MT for Rider…

Can I just say that we will be adding Final decision in less than a week and I am BEYOND ecstatic about it!!! From 21 schools, we’re down to 2 more visits and then D will commit!! (& i may need to be committed). It’s been a looong, rough six months. Finish line: here we come!!

@DoReMiMom can’t wait to hear your good news. Would love to know who you are down to!!!

@NAtlantaStudio I think our D’s could end up in college together! She’s doing the accepted student Theatre Experience Day at Point Park Friday and then we’re visiting ONU on Monday. Point Park gave her $13,000 in talent award but she’s really leaning toward ONU, (and after reading your review of your visit, so am I). I’m still trying to make sense of ONU’s FA package. It lists Dean’s, travel, talent and academic awards but I feel like the amount listed for tuition has to be more. Do you know if what’s listed includes additional costs and fees?

It should include fees but not necessarily books and those kinds of incidentals. That would be so cool if the girls end up together!!! Hannah’s best friend is visiting there tomorrow. I hate how far it is from us but I love the feel of the campus.
