You must be accepted into the university before you are offered a spot in the program. Financial aid notification: Performing arts scholarships are sent with the offer. All academically admitted students to the university will receive a letter from the program. Some students admitted to the program may also receive an email notification or a phone call. Students who are not admitted academically to the university will not hear from the program whether or not they would have been admitted.</p>

The 12 to 14 accepted will usually receive them by the end of that week. Of course, this is not written in stone and I have no inside info - just going by what has happened the last 4 years. This year when my D was filling out her paperwork at the door they also got her to put her number on the sheet with a list of available times to call the number. The director said that would be used for acceptances but that emails could also be used. </p>

<p>Has anybody heard from Belmont? D had all of her application materials in by mid-Nov and just got her academic acceptance yesterday, which is far longer than their rolling admissions schedule page indicated. She auditioned there in early January but hasn’t heard anything yet.</p>
<p>PSU status did NOT change for my D as stated above. Still says “a decision will be posted here when one is made”</p>

<p>D’s PSU status changed to “We are in the final stages of review and an admissions decision will be posted here in the coming days.” She auditioned on Feb. 9th.</p>
<p>My D’s Penn State audition was in Chicago at Unifieds, Feb 5. I wonder if the status change is just for academic purposes and not audition related. Do they send out separate notifications? Anyone know?</p>
<p>Have you received a letter since your audition? I’m wondering if those who auditioned recently will get this status change in lieu of the letter sent to early auditioners. </p>
