MT. SAC to CAL POLY POMONA with Not so great grades

Hi guys. I’ve attended Mt Sac for 5 yrs and am just now getting ready to apply to transfer out. During my time here I was very lackadaisical as you can tell from the length of time I’ve been there. I’ve started taking things seriously as of last year and have gotten A’s and B’s in all courses since. However my GPA is only 2.65.

My major was biochemistry and to transfer out to CPP, i wanted to become a Pharmacist. However, after a few chemistry courses I feel Pharmacy may not be something I want to do the rest of my life. Just this year I took interest in engineering, specifically mechanical. I learned its impacted at CPP and know that my GPA is not very good. I was looking at other schools offering degrees in engineering and came across UC Riverside, Cal State LA, Cal Baptist.

What are my chances of being accepted at any of these colleges? The core classes that I was taking for Biochemistry transfer are just about the same for an engineering transfer at Mt sac (Math, physics, and chem).
