I’ve essentially decided on Stanford, but my FA package from WashU was outstanding so it’s a slight possibility. That said, even if I wasn’t really considering WashU anymore, who turns down a free trip?

Well, wish I could get the trip. But for int’ls like me… No chance. So to those who decided to go, have a great time

Applicannot, I just received my confirmation email today and they said that we wouldn’t receive an itinerary until we check in on campus April 15th…so I guess you’ll have to decide whether or not to go with an itinerary.

We certainly have to have an itinerary before April 15th, or no one will know when to get on the planes! :-)

I’m talking about our airline itinerary, not our weekend schedule. I think it’s a regional thing, but no one uses itinerary to mean schedule here. Sorry for the confusion.

Hahaha. Ya, we’re supposed to get our airplane “itinerary” within two business days. lol Funny because just recently we were talking in spanish class about words with different meanings in different regions like “soda” and “pop”. I guess “itinerary” is another one of thsoe words.

Yeah, I’m hoping we get them soon. I hate to be impatient but I kind of have plans to form. Anyway, it’s probably a regional thing. Itinerary is strictly for travel, whereas schedule is strictly for activities. Where are you from? Out of curiosity.

I actually got a preliminary schedule today in a packet about the weekend. (For those of you who went to Diversity Weekend, the packets are essentially identical.) Looks like a great weekend. I hope I get an early flight in on Thursday. I want to spend more time on campus!

hey I am flying out of gainesville around 7am, but im transferring in Charlotte at 11:20. Anyone on that flight?

I still haven’t gotten an itinerary…

Anyone else from Maryland receive a 10:00am flight out of BWI?

Got my itinerary today!
I don’t have a seat on my first flight though… interesting…
6:00 AM flight from Boston to Cleveland, then to St. Louis! Brutal timing though. :P

Im curious, is this event for admitted students of color? or just anyone who was admitted?

I just can’t see WashU inviting 4000+ seniors for a 2-3 day event. :P

Yup, I just got my itinerary today too. I arrive at 11:40ish in St. Louis which is food because I’ll have the whole afternoon to check out the campus or whatever they have planned. And I get home at like 9:30 in the morning so I still have the whole weekend to do homework/make up work. I couldn’t be happier with the timing. Hope to see you all there!

I’ll be there too !
Flight from NJ at 6AM (ugh) arrive at 9AM

Flight home at 12PM arrive at 3PM

Looking forward to meeting you all!

If anyone has a multicultural friend from school going with them too, do you know if your seats/transportation is booked together? Cause that would be really fun Roaddd trip

Is taxi to/from airport provided too?

fung, WashU will meet you at the airport and put you on the shuttle.

Still waiting for my itinerary… hoping it comes by Monday.

I’m flying out of Philadelphia at 11:40am. Is anyone else?

I’m flying out of JFK at 8:20
JFK-WAS/R.REAGAN NATL
then from there to STL

I sent my online registration out on the 18th, should I be worried that I have yet to receive any email confirmation? It’s been 4 days, though perhaps it’s because of the weekend.

Ya, don’t worry, generallyrong. It took about a week for me to hear and I’m sure they are getting a lot of the registrations now since the deadline is getting closer. Just be patient. =) Hope to see you there. Actually, I got a packet in the mail today with all of the info. It looks like fun.

anybody on my flight?

and I have a question, is american eagle and american airlines the same thing?
