Multifaceted or Interest-Focused Application

Okay, I'm a rising senior applying to some Ivy-League and other high caliber schools this year. I want to know how I should focus the EC part of my application (I'm not talking about essays right now). Note, I am using the commonapp

Should I:
A. Show that I have moderate interests in a few (3) areas.
or
B. Show that I have a strong interest in one predominate area.

I'm leaning towards choosing B., but I will still remain open-minded on my application and make it clear that I want to go into college undecided on my major. I would focus my application on my political involvement.

My ECs:
Republican Junior Delegate
Republican Campaign Volunteer
Speech
Soccer
Cross Country
Student Council
T-Ball Coach
Blood Drive Organizer
Soccer Referee

What do you mean? Just list all of your extracurriculars in order of importance. If you don’t have enough room for all of them, just list the ones that are most important to you.
