My application forms ask for my multimedia links. It is optional but I am interested in adding my website. I am not sure how personal these links should be. For example,
I think that sites with my artworks and photography are appropriate, but do you think personal blogs and social networking sites shouldn't be exposed to the school admins?

Definitely attach a link to your artwork.

I wouldn’t attach a personal blog or facebook page, unless your blog is specifically devoted to something educational like the presidential race, the war, or the environment.

Just use your best judgement, do you REALLY want the admissions office and the schools you are applying to, to see the stuff on your social networking page? or blog?

Why include an external link and risk having a broken link? Include all the material on the CD/DVD; that’s what we did.
I think linking a social networking site, unless the content is entirely under your control, would be inappropriate. You might enjoy FB/Twitter/etc., but, that AO looking at your application might not.
