I want to be a chemical engineer, A few of my schools are reach. Just wanted to know what my chances are...

My top choices are tied between UVA, UT-Austin, and VaTech

Asian male, Senior in high school.
4.3 GPA

ACT: 26 (didn't send)
SAT: 1860
Chem - 680
Bio - 660

I was signed up to take the SAT this month, but fell sick with a 103* fever the night before, so it was a no go. Most apps are due in the next week or two and it's pointless to take the SAT again and still reach their scores deadlines.

Out of School:
Volunteer for several charities
Tutor for chemistry, biology, physics and history
Intern at a medical clinic

Work 2 jobs:
1.) Helper/assistant for an event decorator (3 years)
2.) I started my own screen printing business(2 years)

In School:
National Honor Society
Science National Honor Society
Democrats Club
Spanish Club
President of Wildlife Club

I feel that my essays are pretty strong, but was on the fence as to whether I should apply to the SEAS at UVA or just their college of arts and sciences. It's been my goal to go there for quite some time now, but I feel that I am not good enough to be accepted into the SEAS. I have the essays written for both the College of A&S and SEAS, it's just a matter of picking one. Chemical engineering is my dream, but if I apply to Arts and Sciences as a Biochem major then it will be hard to find a job plus I don't want to go to med school like my parents desire.

my College choices are:
Hopkins - Reach
Georgia Tech - Reach
UVA - ?
UT Austin
U of Minnesota
U of Pitt
Va Commonwealth U
VaTech

What do you think are my chances?
