<p>ill keep it simple...i submitted my sir for ucb anout a week ago, but now some new revelations make it clear that i must stay cloe to home, at ucla. can i submit a sir for ucla. its fine if im only penalized the deposit...anyone have experience in this situation?</p>
<p>Call UCB to cancel the SIR, and once you have confirmation, submit one for UCLA</p>
