DS attended an accredited school for some of his classes (humanities) his freshman and sophomore years, so he has an “official” transcript from that school. But, he has taken the remainder of his classes through other venues, and so I will be creating a transcript for those classes. My question is should I just list ALL of his classes into one transcript that I submit, without asking for a transcript from the accredited school? Or, should I ask for a transcript from that school and make my own for the other classes he has taken? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Put all his classes onto one transcript. Not all colleges will require a separate transcript from the accredited school. In fact, most will not unless they were college classes.
Agreed, prepare a single transcript consolidating everything. As @bookreader says, colleges will want to see transcripts from dual-enrollment classes. I had transcripts available from various programs and online schools that my daughter took courses with, prepared to send them if someone asked, but no one did. She was accepted to a variety of public and private schools and will be attending Cornell.
