<p>This kid that I didn't really know but that a lot of my friends knew really well, from doing Cross-Country and other like things (he was 2 years older than I am) has just been arrested for murdering 3 people - two middle aged people and a 10 year old boy. One of my friends has actually had him over to his house several times and has been over to his house, and I also remember another time when I was at Friend A's house and Friend B who was also there said, "I just got invited to [person]'s house to use his rifle and stuff, but I don't really want to go over there. Actually, I probably don't feel good about him having a rifle."</p>

<p>in sum, I think this is the closest I will get to knowing someone who has murdered someone else. have you guys ever known someone who has committed a major crime?</p>

<p>^ it’s basically about an Austrian man that committed INCEST with his daughter & held her hostage/captive in his basement for 24 yrs!!! And he had 7 children with her!!! She NEVER got to come out of the basement for 24 yrs…after she tried to escape from him!!! Not even her kids [whose father is her DAD like, ***!!!] have seen daylight in their lives (one of the kids is 19; but she got sick so i think that’s how they got caught :/). The father even disposed one of the dead infants in the FURNACE when the daughter miscarried the kid.</p>

<p>That HAS to be the most ****ed out story I have EVER heard.</p>

<p>But wow, that’s really serious/scary. Did he have a vendetta, or was he just mentally unstable (as perhaps suggested by your friends)? </p>

<p>Yeah… I don’t know anyone personally (and I don’t hope to) who has committed any major crime. I know a guy who ran from the police and escaped, but it was for something trivial (spraypainting an already-graffitied wall).</p>

<p>This one was hugely publicized by the news, many of which wasted the entire front pages for details and interviews.</p>

<p>wow. the closest i’ve ever been to murder is… one of the people that graduated from my school 16 years ago hired a hit man to rob someone’s house (this wasn’t a random person, they had a longstanding feud), and when the person being robbed offered resistance the hit man shot him in the leg, but got some infection or something from the wound and died from it.</p>

<p>not at all close to these psychopathic stories you guys are telling, but still scary…</p>

<p>One of my cousins, technically my second cousin, has a half-sibling to whom I am not related. He killed his parent and then himself.</p>
