<p>How is the music department/program at Wustl, and how does it compare to other top schools?</p>
<p>The WUSTL music department has several esteemed professors, but in terms of "name-brand prestige" they won't be close to Berklee College of Music or anything of that nature.</p>
<p>But WUSTL's overall program's are much better than most other schools. Are you absolutely certain you want to make a career out of music? Because if you do, then there are other places you could apply to. But if you're unsure and just want a good university with a nice music program, definately consider applying EDII to WUSTL.</p>
