I am a high school senior intending to major in Music Business next year. I have already applied to New York University as an Early Decision Applicant, but if I don't get in there, I feel like I will be screwed.

The only other schools I know of with a Music Business major are Drexel, Belmont, and USC. Do you know of any other good schools I could apply to for Music Business if I don't get in to NYU?

Manhattanville College offer Music Business. I know it isn’t as exciting as the Clive Davis Program at NYU, but NYU only accepts 22 candidates from an international pool. Even if you are extremly talented, just based on those stats, it could be a long shot. I know someone who went to Manhattanville as a second choice to NYU and it turned out to be a pretty good fit. The internships have been plentiful in NYC and the experiences have been great.
Berkley School of Music in Boston may be another great choice with that major.

If you apply to the program and you don’t get in, then you don’t get into the school. You can apply to NYU college of arts and sciences as an undecided major, but you cannot transfer into the program. You would have to re-apply as a freshman. The curriculum starts freshman year…there are no transfers. You have a shot! Don’t give up. Just recognize with those stats it’s a long shot for everyone. Don’t take it personal if you don’t get in. The application process is quite extensive with the portfolio that needs to be submitted in addition to the common app and the app for Tisch. Give it a shot!
Good Luck!
