Music during testing

Our administration is being stupid and won’t turn off the music during passing time while testing is taking place. They didn’t turn it off during the PSAT, state mandated ACT, and now, AP testing. It is extremely distracting and definitely hinders my performance on these tests.
I had my calculus teacher ask administration, and they said they didn’t know how the technology works. My teacher claims, which I agree with, is that no one wants to take the effort to turn it off. When they didn’t by the second day of AP testing, I spoke with the principal and he said that he had to consider that many students were dependent on the music to get to class on time. He said he would take a look at it and try to turn it off.
Two days later and it hasn’t been turned off yet. It will definitely impact me on the APUSH test on Friday and the other humanities tests I have the following week.
How should I proceed? Should I get more teachers to email administration? Start a petition? Make the AP coordinator (who is quite lazy) to file an incident form to force the school into turning it off? I would really like to see this resolved but don’t know how to proceed.

Report the matter to College Board? Or just wear ear plugs?

  1. Don't want my scores to be questioned or my school to get too mad at me.
  2. Also I don't think that's allowed? Not sure...

Pull the “fire” alarm. Lmao

Reporting to CB is your best bet, or finding someone will the tech-know how to change the music from music to just a bell noise.
