He will start to do a more in depth look at programs and what they involve. He will want to look at both requirements and optional opportunities that are important to him.
Plan is to visit a smaller lac, medium private, and large public and see his preferences.
That should cut the list down. Being eligible for FACHEX and TE with low stats, he may need to cast a wider net for best financial opportunities. But will need to be realistic with supplements required.

Case Western has a great music ed program and is part of tuition exchange! Students take music classes at Cleveland Institute of Music and other classes at Case.
