I’m 19. I’m a student at a community college and in the middle of my second semester as a Freshman.
My major is Computer Science, however, I’m changing my major because it’s going to get too complicated for me.
I’m changing it to Associates of arts degree so I can take my general education classes.
I’ve should’ve done that the first time but I had no true guidance. So, I went ahead and declared a major that I thought I would like because I did like computers.
I’m thinking about applying to SyraCuse University; Bandier Program, I want to be involved with the music scene
as in: write songs, perform, and produce them.
I have some musical background from school: I was involved with band and I took music theory and appreciation classes.
Also, I have a youtube page. I like to create videos. I’ve used Flash, Final Cut pro, iMovie, Photoshop CS’s, and
FinalNote(Musical software composition)
I’ve played at places when I was younger in my schools band.
But, I would love to major in computer animation and that was my first major before computer science.
MTSU and Belmont come to mind.

Bandier is very structured you should look into it and see if they even accept transfers. The curriculum is rigorous and planned out from day one Freshman yr and they only take 25 freshman per year out of over 500 applications.
Northeastern is a big transfer school with a Music Industry program, as is Drexel.
